Maurice B. Silali, is presently attached to the Department of Human Anatomy, School of Medicine, Maseno University in Kisumu Kenya, as an Anatomic Technologist,Embalmer, Fellow and Directorate of Forensic Science and Population Health, Lifetime Membership (IASR). He did Diploma in Medical laboratory sciences (MLS) and Higher National Diploma in Histopathology & Cytopathology, and Post Basic diploma in Health Service management and Administration, from Kenya Medical Training College, (KMTC) Nairobi in 2007, BCHD & MCHD from, Great lakes University of Kisumu in 2012, Did PhD.in ‘‘Health Determinants Of Medico-Legal Approaches in Identification of Unclaimed Bodies or Missing Dead Persons from Public Mortuaries in Western Kenya’ in Maseno University, a copy of the thesis is filed in the international library for thesis ’, 2019,.UBN: 015- A94510112072 His research interest is mainly on innovative Community Health and Forensic Science for Health planning, Policy Development & Management, He has supervised Bachelors & Masters Researches, External Editor in a number of renown international journals, Published 12 research papers, He is the author of 2 published University Academic Books,attended various health related Conferences and symposiums, and has had various Facility and Academic positions in Kenya Defense Force before, and other Public institutions and named as a known semantic scholar by the Google scholar 2018. latest publication on factors associated with low virulence of COVI- 19 Pandemic in Africa with the Global rise.
